Charles W. Woodbury Diary

In the Summer of 1854, Charles W. Woodbury came from Salem, N.H. to Eden Prairie, M.N.

He pre-empted 160 acres about now where Grace church sits (2007) ;i.e. the old Homer

Raguet farm, from Eden Prairie Rd. to Spring Rd. (East/West), Pioneer Tr. to where Riley

Creek goes under Eden Prairie Rd. (North/South)

In 1860 he then moved to Sibley, M.N. and in 1885 to Franklin, M.N. All this time he kept a

diary. I put the part of the diary that pertains to Eden Prairie. I have the whole diary if anyone

is interested.
