History Center and Museum
Eden Prairie through the years
Take a journey through time at the Eden Prairie History Center and Museum which is located on the lower level of the City Center at 8080 Mitchell Road. There is a display of a classic one-room school house as well a collection of military items mainly from WWI and WWII. If you like old maps of the area you need to review our collection of maps 1854 to the present. A section of the museum contains items from the Tuckey Kitchen and Post Office of the 1880s.
Our files contains lots of newspaper articles, photos, and other information about Eden Prairie pioneer families, churches, schools, and businesses.
If you have any old Eden Prairie items or photos of significance, please contact us. We also love to talk about Eden Prairie's rich history.

The museum is generally open on Mondays from 11 AM to 1 PM or by appointment. Check our Eden Prairie Remembers Facebook page for up-to-date schedules.
